I’m Chef Fernando Gamarra, a food scientist and professional chef trained in Madrid. With roots in a family of chefs, I bring authenticity, passion, and precision to every dish I create. Specializing in live paella experiences, I transform events into unforgettable culinary moments — blending tradition with performance. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, my goal is always the same: to delight guests through the magic of food, made fresh, right in front of them
